There is a $10.00 refundable  lock deposit which you get back once the unit has been cleaned out, broom cleaned and your padlock removed.  All prices are on a month to month lease agreement.  There is a minimum of one months rent.  After the first month, we do prorate all unused rent and refund along with deposit after move-out.  Due dates are based on the  anniversary date of lease signing SAVE $5.00 WITH AUTOMATIC WITHDRAWL.

5x10 Unit  (50 sq feet) - 60.00 per month -
Residential  - Furnishings for a one bedroom apartment, chairs, mattress set and several boxes.
Business - 85 standard file boxes & small file cabinet


10x10 Unit  (100 sq feet) - $85.00 per month -
Residential  - Furnishings for a one or two bedroom apartment, such as patio furniture, boxes, sofa & desk
Business - 170 standard file boxes, desk & chairs

10x15 Unit  (150 sq feet) - $110.00 per month -
Residential  - Furnishings for a three bedroom apartment, lawn & garden equipment, boxes & refrigerator
Business - 290 standard file boxes, desk, chairs & file cabinet

10x20 Unit  (200 sq feet) - $120.00 per month -
Residential  - Furnishings from a small house., or one of the following: small boat,  car or pick-up truck
Business - 370 standard file boxes, small office furniture
